Meet Our Founder – Sanket Jindal
Sanket Jindal, the visionary Founder of Ramkishan Agri Innovate Pvt. Ltd., carries forward a proud family legacy of over 65 years in the manufacturing of agricultural machinery. Born into a family deeply rooted in agricultural innovation, his journey began not in a classroom, but in the very heart of a factory. With his home and the family factory located side by side, he quite literally grew up surrounded by machines, tools, and the inspiring work ethic of his elders.
After completing his 12th standard in 2007, Sanket formally entered the family business—*Hans Engineering Works—as an intern. With a strong passion for innovation and dedication to the field, he quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming the General Manager of the company. His technical expertise and hands-on approach made him an integral part of operations.
In 2020, following the demise of his grandfather and mentor *Shri Ram Kishan Agarwal Ji, the revered founder of Hans Engineering Works, Sanket took on the mantle of **Partner*, carrying the family tradition forward with commitment and pride.
In 2025, driven by a desire to honour his grandfather’s legacy and bring a new wave of innovation to the agricultural sector, he established *Ramkishan Agri Innovate Pvt. Ltd.* The name itself is a tribute to Babuji, and the company stands as a symbol of modern agricultural engineering backed by nearly *two decades* of personal experience and a family legacy spanning more than *six decades*.
